Right to the heart – your holiday flats “altstadtherz” Two apartments for a holiday that will make your heart leap with pleasure are located on Lindau Island on Lake Constance at the happy end of Germany. Regardless of whether you are looking for a historic, calm and cozy backyard gem or a spacious and light dwelling amid Lindau´s teeming alleys – with either flat you choose to be close to Lindau and almost directly at the lake´s shore. Since both our flats are centrally located in the historic old town (pedestrian area), none of the town´s sights is more than a five minutes´ walk away.

Check-in and check-out regulation
On arrival as well as on departure you are completely independent. The main entrance is secured with a door code. The entrances to the house and the apartments will be sent to you with the booking confirmation. The apartments are located in the pedestrian zone in the center of the island. For the arrival or departure you can drive just outside the front door. Please note, in the pedestrian zone is after 11 o'clock in the morning max. 15 min. Charging and discharging time.

Differing cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

Tourist tax information
The indicated prices do not include the tourist tax. The local tourist tax must be paid on site. Detailed information about the tourist tax and the guest card can be found here.

No prepayment will be charged. Please note that the prices do not include the visitors' tax. This is payable separately on arrival.

Description of the accommodation
An apartment on the 1st floor of our rear building, furnished with bright colors and a light beach style. In a quiet location with a small balcony and a view of a cozy inner courtyard. The apartment has a bedroom with a 1.60 m wide bed and a nice large wardrobe. The living room is generously equipped and has the option of accommodating another person on the 1.30 m wide sofa bed. The bathroom has a cozy large bathtub, a washing machine and enough storage space. The real highlight is our cozy yellow kitchen. For a sunny start to the day. Overall, the apartment impresses with many small charming details - an apartment where you can feel good and arrive.
