This beautiful is villa located within the prestigious Spanish resort of Sotogrande on the Costa del Sol.
It has lovely open views over a lake and the new prestigious So/Sotogrande Golf Academy.
Restaurants, shops, beaches, the Sotogrande Marina and Blue Sotogrande are all just a short drive away.
The newly refurbished So/Sotogrande Hotel and Spa is a 15 minute walk and Valderrama, La Reserva, Almenara and Sotogrande golf courses are within a 5 -10 minute drive.
The new Beach Club at La Reserva is nearby and there are two other Beach Clubs on the coast.
There is also a horse riding school and regular Polo matches within this famous Sotogrande Polo Centre.
There are Tennis and Padel facilities and boats to rent and charter are further options. Within the villa there is a large open plan living / dining area with two sofas and an armchair for comfortable TV viewing or socialising.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a separate utility room.
The en suite master bedroom is located upstairs and has a front-facing balcony overlooking the beautiful views.

The two downstairs bedrooms are both twin rooms.
One has an en-suite bathroom and the other is next to the downstairs toilet with shower. Outside there is a gas BBQ, an outdoor table and chairs as well as a chill out area with a canopy for shade if required.
The six sun loungers overlook the well-kept gardens and the private swimming pool.
The pool can be heated on request at an additional cost. The villa has air conditioning, central heating, WiFi and ample parking for 2 cars.

Lovely house with a spectacular view. Our family of five had a wonderful stay here for a week. The host was super helpful, the house clean and spacious and well maintained and equipped with an excellent sized pool and outside space.
