You'll have two well-appointed bedrooms to take advantage of, each with its flatscreen TV and the primary room with an en suite bath. The private washer and dryer will make it easy to keep everyone looking their best, and remote workers and students can capitalize on the high-speed Wi-Fi to complete their online projects. Submit your task, then reward your hard work with a visit to the shared pool. Don't forget to let the central AC keep everything nice and relaxed during your stay.
LOCATION: Located on the east side of Route 1, within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping, and just minutes to downtown Lewes or Rehoboth Beach.
PARKING: Plenty of parking- not assigned.

THINGS TO KNOW:The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. his condo rents from Saturday-Saturday, and a four-night minimum is required during the off-season/shoulder season. No pets and no smoking. Linens are not included. However, we do offer a rental package to guests. This condo is located on the third floor with no elevator.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
