Facing the castle of La Roche Pot, the cottage, beautifully renovated, is located on the ground floor of a house where lived two generations of winemakers .Footed, it is accessible to people with reduced mobility .It consists of 'a living room with kitchenette, dining area, living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) and a bathroom equipped for PMR (walk-in shower with retractable seat, washbasin PMR , Elevated WC and grab bars).
It communicates with a closed garage, made available to guests to safely store bicycles, motorcycles, antique vehicles or other vehicles.
A shaded and flowery terrace, a large unclosed courtyard and a garden with fruit trees decorate the whole. Its ideal location will allow you to discover Beaune and its famous Hospices, the prestigious vineyards whose names evocative of Pommard Volnay, Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Santenay .. make salivate lovers of good wines, the Morvan, the capital of the Dukes of Burgundy 60 km accessible by the route of the grands crus or by the Ouche valley along the Burgundy canal, the future spa town of Santenay and its Casino .... Hikers and cyclists will appreciate the many hiking trails (descriptive sheets available), cycle route, greenway winding through the Burgundy countryside with varied landscapes.

Un accueil très chaleureux et avec une mine d'informations sur la région. Le gîte est très beau et au calme, bien placé sur la route des vins ! Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cette belle région de Bourgogne.

Cette gîte est excellente: très propre, spacieux, lit confortable, tout à fait privée, et avec tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner. Il y a aussi un garage pour une grande voiture. On peut dîner dehors en toute tranquillité. On est tout près de Beaune et de plusieurs villages fameuses pour leurs vins. Rien ne manque et l’accueil est top!
Je le recommande avec grand plaisir.
