Property was lovely, back up was amazing, location fantastic, poor phone reception made access difficult, download the guide ,prior to going as the number system is difficult to understand, input the Wi-Fi code so you can open the door , help is at on the end of a phone line though! Had a problem with a plumbing issue, sorted very quickly and professionally
