This is a semidetached house with 2 terraces and private entrance at the prestigious Puebla Aida, Mijas Golf.
It is a traditional style home but at the same time a modern home.
The home is divided on 2 levels and with 2 terraces.
Here you can enjoy a direct view over the pool nearest the apartment, golf course view and sea view.
It`s a 2 bedroom home with a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms This holiday home offers a flat Smart Tv, Free high speed Wifi and a private gas barbecue at the upper terrace.. The Puebla Aida area has 4 swimming pools free to use during the stay.
Free street parking subject to availability. During the stay we are available over WhatsApp This well kept traditional style area Puebla Aida, is situated at Mijas Golf 1000 metres from Mijas International Golf club.
Here are 2 eighteen hole gol courses, Los Olivos and Los Lagos at Mijas Golf. From Malaga Airport its around 35 minutes with car.
There is also a bus route Mijas-Mijas Golf-Fuengirola (M-223) several times a day. At the entrance level is a private garden area with stone paving, at this level you also find 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
At the upper level is another bathroom, kitchen and a living room with access to the second terrace. Minimum age of at least one renter is 28 years.
Quiet hours 23.00 - 09.00.
No party groups or youth groups are allowed to stay.

3 Remarques importantes malgré la superbe prestation. 1 Aucun contact physique avec l agence 2 problème avec le barbecue qui se trouve alaterrasse inférieur sans équipement donc il faut acheter une bouteille + sa consigne en plus très rouillé 3 les linges de rechange sont pour troiis semaines. Autres détails sans grandes importances À signaler au propriétaire
