Our apartment provides a peaceful sanctuary with sweeping views across the White Mountains, green valley and blue Aegean Sea. Spanning 76 sqm in total, our ground-floor guest house features a private entrance with open-plan living space and fully-equipped kitchen and 2 generous-sized bedrooms to accommodate 4 persons. Each bedroom has direct access to the outdoor and a private 50 sqm pool with an integrated kid's zone area for your children to safely play in. Various outdoor seatings under pergolas to enjoy stunning sunsets.
*Please note that we, the owners live upstairs but we generally reserve the use of the pool and outdoor space to our guests during their stay.
Located just 5 minutes drive or 30 minutes walk from the beautiful seaside town of Kalyves where there is wonderful beach and a wide selection of cafes and tavernas, there is also a supermarket and several local mini-marts, butchers and a fish shop. Almyrida and Kera beach is also just 10 minutes drive away.
Chania and Rethymno city centres are located just 30 minutes and 40 minutes drive respectively. Chania Airport is 40 minutes drive away.
LIVING SPACE
Our 76 sqm apartment features its own separate entrance leading to an open-plan living space and kitchen. Free wifi access, AC and heater are available throughout. TV is equipped with fire stick for smart access. French satellite TV is also available. Double doors lead directly to pool and outdoor area.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully-equipped with an oven and gas hob, a Nepresso coffee machine, filtered coffee machine (if you prefer), electric kettle, toaster, refrigerator and freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is a dining table with 4 chairs. There is also several outdoor dining set under shaded pergolas.
BEDROOMS
Two full-sized bedrooms, one of which has a queen-sized bed and the other, two single beds. All bedrooms have direct access to the outdoor and windows are fitted with shutters and insect screens. AC and heater are found in each bedroom. Towels and bed linens are provided.
BATHROOM
The bathroom has a large walk in shower, toilet and handbasin with vanity.
There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
OUTDOOR
Covered pergolas including a vine pergola, each with their own outdoor dining set - perfect for breakfast and dinner with impressive sunset views. The garden features many citrus trees, a Kalamata olive tree, herbs and flowers.
SWIMMING POOL
The highlight would be the private 50 sqm pool with an integrated kid’s zone area for your children to safely play in. There are sun beds and umbrellas for lounging.
