This beautiful 3 double bedroom villa comes with parking for 2 vehicles, a well-equipped kitchen, an open-plan lounge diner with sliding doors to the spacious terrace furnished with a six seater dining table, loungers and gas barbecue.
There are 3 bathrooms with shower facilities.
Along with the long list of baby gear provided, the villa comes with: SKYTV, DVD player, CD player, Ipod docking station, internet access, oven, hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine, clothes drying rack, dish-washer, microwave, toaster, kettle.
All linen and towels (including beach towels) are provided. The villa is at Roda Golf and Beach Resort, just 5kms from Murcia Airport (San Javier) and 35km from Corvera Airport (Murcia International) which is served by low-cost flights from most UK regional airports, making it a very convenient location.
It's about a mile from the nearest beach at Los Alcazares which is sandy with warm shallow waters and backed by a long pushchair-friendly promenade complete with cafe bars and kids play areas dotted along it.
The nearest large supermarkets of Consum and Lidl are situated near the front entrance to the gated golf course, as is the Phillipe Starke inspired restaurant at the 525 Hotel, which comes highly recommended as does the El Patio III restaurant in the lively pedestrianised square nearby. The entire area is low-rise in the main, but for a dose of culture, the historic city of Cartagena is around 20mins away and has some inspiring architecture, museums, good shopping and a pretty waterfront area with bars and bistros.
The city of Murcia (40mins) is also quite a discovery with a cosmopolitan feel, great shopping, dining and the impressive Roman ruins.
The new Terra Natura zoological park in Murcia is a great day out and a very well put together safari-style experience. Getting There: Roda is just 5kms from the Murcia San Javier Airport, 30 minutes from Corvera airport (opening January 2019) and about an hour from Alicante Airport. We have available cots and baby equipment including some toys and 50m away there is a child play area. For the beach we supply all towels, some chairs; play equipment and an assortment of lilos. On our tv you can access all SKY and Bt channels and any recently released movies.
