Our penthouse is part of a small apartment complex with a beautiful garden, swimming pool and elevator.
The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
At the rear there is a third bedroom for two people.
The kitchen of the apartment is equipped with all modern appliances, such as a fridge / freezer, microwave and oven, ceramic hob and a washing machine and dryer.
Special feature of this apartment is the huge surface area of the terrace, 174m2.
From the terrace you have a fantastic view over the Mediterranean and Fuengirola with its harbor. This penthouse is part of a beautiful resort called El Higueron.
This resort features include a magnificent sport hotel with all facilities, where use can be made, including several swimming pools, indoor and outdoor, good restaurants, tennis, beach volleyball and padel- jobs.
But it also has several fitness and massage parlors. From our penthouse is about 300-400meter to a train station, where you can take the train to the airport or b. v. the center of Malaga.
The beach is over 400 meters.
In the vicinity of this resort are several large shopping centers, within the year, there are two large "malls" in.
Of course all the sights of Andalucia within short driving distance.

The photos must be updated to reflect the construction developments that affect the enjoyment and reality of the surrounding environment.There were no instructions for residents on basic housekeeping. Dishes need to be replaced. On the plus-side, the owner was responsive to the issues, however, he was not in-country.
