This new and modern family villa is located in the small village of Roda just minutes from Roda golf resort and the town of Los Alcazares.
The villa has a fantastic roof terrace with chill out sofas, sun beds, table and chairs for outside dining as well as the hot tub and sun shade.
The villa has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with patio doors leading onto the rear patio area.
There is a large lounge with sofa-bed, chairs and a large flat screen TV leading onto the front patio and pool area.
The kitchen is fully equipped and is open plan so you can cook and entertain at the same time.
At the front of the house you have the pool area where you can sit and relax. Roda golf course is just 5 minutes drive and is just one of 22 courses in the Murcia region all within a drive away.
Roda is a small village just outside Los Alcazares with a great family feel and has a few restaurants and bars to enjoy an evening meal or lunchtime tapas. Just 5 minutes away you will find Los Alcazares which hosts restaurants from every nation including, Chinese, Indian, Spanish, French, English to name but a few.
Los Alcazares has a large open market on a Tuesday and another in the neighbouring town of Los Narejos on Saturday.
Los Alcazares is also the place to do your food shopping with many supermarkets on hand as well as medical centres. Los Alcazares and Los Narejos have great beaches with water sport activities like kite surfing, windsurfing, jet ski and sailing.

Very disappointed paid €60 for 3 days hot tub but hot tub was on sleep mode and wouldn’t get very hot told agent’s several times and after sending several photos at there request I still haven’t received any money back it’s a real shame the property was really nice
