Rio Sarela House is located in the same Santiago de Compostela 3 km from the cathedral (Rúa da Ponte do Romaño, 58 A).
In front of the house is the urban bus stop (nº 4), restaurants, supermarkets, bakery, butcher, bank teller, etc., ... With capacity for 8 people (10 in an extra double bed), it is distributed in 4 double rooms, with full bathroom inside the rooms, (3 with double beds and 1 with twin beds).
One of the rooms is equipped for people with reduced mobility. Living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, free Wiffi, barbecue, pergola with table in the garden, parking, etc. The building consists of a two-storey house with an old terraced mill, built with masonry stone walls.
The rehabilitation carried out was very respectful of the existing constructions, without increasing the volume and without altering the characteristics of the popular architecture, well integrated in the landscape. All this in an estate of 6,000 m2, where the river Sarela runs, in an environment of water and lush native trees.
