The property is newly built in a contemporary style, creating an elegant and welcoming atmosphere.
It features one bedroom with a king-size bed, TV, and a modern designer en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower, and two bedrooms, each with two single beds and a TV.
A maximum of 6 people can be accommodated.
Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower and a lounge-kitchen area with a Smart TV offering international channels, ideal for limitless entertainment.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts a cutting-edge style, offering state-of-the-art appliances and all the necessary tools to prepare delicious meals, from a coffee maker to a dishwasher.
The outdoor spaces will surprise you! Enjoy the paradisiacal climate on the spacious terrace, designed to offer you a unique outdoor experience.
Here you will find a heated private pool with various massage jets, 2 massage seats, bubbles, and a counter-current swimming feature, surrounded by artificial grass, perfect for cooling off or sunbathing comfortably in a relaxed atmosphere.
The terrace is equipped with 6 comfortable sun loungers, an outdoor dining area, a gas barbecue, and an outdoor bathroom with a shower, as well as a solarium to enjoy the sunsets.
Every corner of Casa Joviano has been designed to create an atmosphere that inspires calm and serenity.
All rooms are air-conditioned and offer high-speed unlimited Wi-Fi, so you will have everything you need for a comfortable and connected stay.
A complete weekly cleaning (for bookings longer than 8 nights) with a change of bed linen and towels is included.
A cot and high chair (upon request) will be provided free of charge for a child under 2 years old.
The heated pool service is available for an extra charge of €40/day, payable in cash on the day of arrival.
The maximum temperature is set at 26ºC.
Please notify us in advance so we can prepare the heating system a few days before your arrival.

Das Reihenhaus war wunderschön dekoriert und sehr sauber, Wir schätzten die Liebe zum Detail in der Einrichtung, Es gab ausreichend Platz für unsere Familie mit sechs Personen, und die Klimaanlage hielt uns an den heißen Tagen kühl, Sehr empfehlenswert!

Die größten Highlights für uns waren der Außenbereich, die Terrasse war riesig und perfekt zum Entspannen in der Sonne, die Kinder hatten Spaß im beheizten Pool, während wir abends grillten. Auf jeden Fall ein Ort, an den wir zurückkehren würden!
