Situation and exterior




From its unique location in the mountains, 5.3 km from the white village of Frigiliana, this cottage offers incredible views. From Frigiliana, a mountain road leads to the village of Torrox in the north. After about 3 km, a winding concreted road, with some steep sections, descends to the property, which gives it a private and exclusive character (a car with a stronger engine than normal is recommended). The house has a beautiful terrace decorated with white stones and surrounding an attractive swimming pool of 6m x 4m and 1.50m - 1.80m deep. At the front, there is a porch terrace with splendid sea views. A built-in barbecue and sun loungers are available.



This area, particularly the Sierra de Tejeda y Almijara to the north, is very popular with hikers and birdwatchers. Horse riding is another of the many activities available nearby. For a day trip, there are many possibilities, such as the cities of Granada, Malaga and Ronda. The beaches of Nerja (12 km) are only 15 minutes away by car.






Interior and layout




Decorated in a rustic style with some decorative elements in blue and white, the house is comfortably and practically furnished, with an open plan living room connected to the dining room and kitchen. In this living room you will find a wood-burning cooker, two sofas, satellite TV and a DVD player. The kitchen is very functional, with a dining table for 4 people, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, small electric oven and all kinds of kitchen utensils. The washing machine is in a separate room. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, which share a bathroom with washbasin and toilet.

- Air conditioning (hot/cold) is available in the living room and double bedroom; it is optional and the cost is 40 € per week (to be paid there on arrival).
