This beautiful country house is situated on a hill northwest of Frigiliana (3,5 km). From the terrace, you can enjoy magnificent views over the surrounding countryside to the Mediterranean. A real paradise for those looking for a quiet place, with the beaches of Nerja only 15 minutes away by car. Inside, comfortable furnishings await you with all rooms on one floor.









Situation and exteriors




The village of Frigiliana, with numerous restaurants, bars and craft shops, is only a 5 minute drive away, but you will also enjoy all the pleasures of tranquil living with its own swimming pool (7x3,5 m) available all year round and a splendid sun terrace with sun loungers. The house is surrounded by terraces offering splendid views in all directions, the most impressive being towards the sea from the terrace overlooking the pool. Next to the house there is a barbecue area with a natural stone oven which is used by the locals to prepare the typical Segovian suckling pig. Of course, you can also use it to cook your favourite pizza, which you can enjoy outdoors in the dining area next to the barbecue. If you want to take a dip in the sea, the beaches of Nerja are only 7.5 km away. You can also enjoy excellent paella on Burriana beach.









Interior and layout




All the rooms in the house are arranged on one floor and have been decorated in a rustic style with all the equipment you need for your holiday. The cosy living room has a sofa for 3 people, an armchair, a wood-burning cooker, satellite TV and a dining area for 6 people. The open kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds; both share a full bathroom with bath, WC and bidet.
