Welcome to this sunny vacation apartment near the beach with sea views
This bright and comfortable vacation apartment in Cala Fornells-Paguera enchants with breathtaking sea views that you can enjoy from the terrace as well as from the living room and bedroom.
The spacious, covered terrace with its fantastic view of the bay is the ideal place to start the day with breakfast or to wind down with an evening glass of wine, letting your mind wander. The apartment is on one level, making it perfect for guests who wish to avoid stairs.
The bedroom has a double bed, and a sofa bed is available in the living area for two additional people (for an extra charge). Enjoy the advantages of this complex in close proximity: Private access to the sea for spontaneous refreshing dips and a communal pool with a restaurant and sea view are just a few minutes' walk away.
The infrastructure also includes two more restaurants and a well-stocked supermarket (closed during the winter months from November to March). The excellent accessibility continues in the surrounding area: You can easily reach the sandy beaches of Paguera, the picturesque bay of Cala Fornells, and the lively town center with its shops and restaurants on foot.
The region reveals its special charm, particularly during the quiet winter months – then the nearby nature trails invite you to enjoy relaxing hikes through Mallorca's winter landscape. For occupancy with 3-4 people or use of the sofa bed, you will need 1 additional laundry package per person (extra charge). The unique ancillary costs/service fee include: Laundry packages (maximum 2) for all bedrooms (towels, bed linen), final cleaning, check-in/check-out, local contact person, water, electricity, tourist tax. * Arrival and departure on any day of the week are possible. * A surcharge of 50 Euros will apply for check-in/check-out between 10 PM and 7 AM, as well as on December 24th (after 5 PM), December 31st (after 5 PM), and January 1st (before 11 AM). * Payment terms: Deposit by bank transfer, remaining balance & security deposit in cash upon check-in.

Cala Fornells is a quiet location directly adjacent to Paguera. The town center and beaches of Paguera are easily accessible on foot and offer everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Along the promenade, you will find numerous shops, boutiques, as well as restaurants and cafes serving international and local cuisine. You will also find many nice cafes and restaurants overlooking the sea and the beach in front of them along the various beach promenades. Cala Fornells itself has a small beach cove with rather coarse gravel, which is also well-suited for swimming. A little further on, you will also find space for sunbathing on large stone terraces. Through a small wood, you can reach other beautiful gravel coves with wonderfully clear water.

Het uitzicht is schitterend. Ligt erg mooi en is lekker rustig.
Vriendelijk ontvangst. Goed contact via WhatsApp.
Jammer dat het zwembad een beetje tegen viel en best een stukje lopen was.
Het appartement is ook wat verouderd, vooral de keuken.
Gepflegte Wohnung in sehr guter Lage mit Blick aufs Meer.

Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, es funktioniert alles, die Betten sind bequem, es war sauber. Der Balkon mit Meerblick ist sehr schön und genug gross um zu zweit zu Frühstücken.
An der Wohnung gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Etwas seltsam sind die Zahlungsbedingungen von Mallorcahome. Haben wir noch nie erlebt, dass wir den Gesamtbetrag in Bar bei Ankunft abliefern mussten. Etwas aus der Zeit gefallen und auch unangenehm mit so viel Cash durch die Gegend zu reisen...

Die Lage der Wohnung war traumhaft
Die Übergabe durch Enrico war sehr ernüchternd. Voller Vorfreude kamen wir( mit genauer Zeitangabe ) an der Unterkunft an, aber man ließ uns noch einige Zeit in der prallen Sonne dort warten, ehe es überhaupt zur Übergabe kam.
