This apartment features a bright and comfy living area with its own dinning table and a great balcony terrace. ⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT Please note the apartment is located in a residential building, where neighbors live here all year around and it is our obligation to respect their rest.
Please make sure before confirming your reservation you can adhere to the simple House Rules that are detailed below.

Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. 7.
Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.

Sant Antoni is a neighborhood in the Eixample district of Barcelona. Its non-official centre, the marketplace of the same name—designed by Antoni Rovira i Tries and built between 1872 and 1882—is one of the oldest and most popular in the city, especially with the secondhand book stalls that surround the building Sunday mornings. It is bordered by the neighbourhoods of the L’Antiga Esquerra de l’Eixample, the Raval, and Poble Sec. The streets of Sant Antoni follow the grid pattern prevalent in all of Eixample, except for a central thoroughfare, the Avinguda del Mistral built on the site of an important medieval road which led out of Barcelona. Another well-known landmark of Sant Antoni is the bar called Els Tres Tombs, right next to the market. The closest metro station is Poble Sec (Line 3). The quickest way to go to the airport would be taking the bus "Aerobus" at Plaça España. The cost is around 4.5€

Aufenthalt war gut, Lage super.
Leider keine Decken und der Fernseher ging auch nicht.
Nach mehrmaligem hin und her schreiben haben wir Decken am letzten Tag erhalten aber der Fernseher ging immer noch nicht.
Touristen Tax + Anmeldung geht auch nur online, obwohl geschrieben wurde das dies auch vor Ort geht.

We had a great time in Barcelona. the appartment is very pleasant and well equipped, perfectly suited to the 6 of us, the bathrooms have a good flow of hot water. the terrace area is very nic, sofa and TV perfect. Well-located, easily accessible. two things could be improved : bed quality (but not a big deal) and a quick paint refresh.

We did not find the house clean. The radiators were brown and had dust on them. The seams of the shower were also very dirty. The sofa, which really needs to be replaced, had stains and there were used tissues under the cushions. The smart TV was unusable as you had to have a paid version to stream ...
