The Collection Barcelona welcomes you to this modern and bright 4 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom flat, located at the heart of Barcelona's City Center, perfect for those who want to stay in the old neighbourhood of the city with plenty to do on your doorstep.
The apartment is located next to Las Ramblas and Liceu theater.
Welcome to this 140 m2 spacious and bright flat in a historical building located next to Las Ramblas and the emblematic centre of Barcelona, Plaça Catalunya.
Barcelona’s historic Old Town is an ideal spot for art and culture lovers, containing some of the most emblematic monuments and museums of the city.
We are managers of other apartments in the building, really convenient for big families, groups of friends or business trips.
Please note all apartments are almost identical, on layout, equipment and characteristics, but there might be some small changes on decoration.
APARTMENT DISTRIBUTION: The apartment has a capacity for up to 12 people distributed in 4 bedrooms: - Bedroom 1: 1 Double bed - Bedroom 2: 2 Individual beds - Bedroom 3: 2 Individual beds - Bedroom 4: 2 Individual beds - Living room 5: sofa-bed - Bedrooms hallway: Double sofa-bed SPECIAL FEATURES OF THE APARTMENT: - Located just 5 minutes walking from Las Ramblas and a short walk to the beach ☀️ - Private terrace accessed from two of the bedrooms. - Bright and comfy living area with its own dinning table and opened to a spacious kitchen facing the front facade of the building. - Sunny balconies located in the living room overlooking a quiet and pedestrian street - 2.5 bathrooms - TV and Wi-fi - Central AC - Baby crib and high chair available under request and availability, kindly send us a message in order to confirm please - Bed linens (and comforters during winter season) and bath towels (one shower towel per guest) will be provided! - The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your arrival - Paid parking off premises In case you have any question about the space or the amenities, please send me a private message.

Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs). 4.
Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost. 5.
Smoking on interior areas will have a charge of 100€ + all cleaning fees involved. 6.
Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. 7.
Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.
Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

The apartment was great. It did not look quite as updated as the photos but it is in an older area of Barcelona. So overall it was quite nice and very comfortable. And the location is fantastic. There were a few things lacking in the kitchen upon arrival. And some of the beds had only sheets. B...
