The Collection Barcelona welcomes you to our modern and bright 2 double bedroom / 2 bathroom flat, located at the heart of Barcelona's City Center, perfect for those traveling with children or friends.
The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly.
It's strategically located with a lot of public transportation options including a subway stop one block away and several buses lines on your doorstep.
Welcome to this 105 m2 spacious and modern apartment.
You will find 2 units unified as 1 so you will be able to have privacy and much space in both bedrooms with their individual kitchen (please note those are rented together and there is no option to rent them separately). ⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT Please note the apartment is located in a residential building, where neighbors live here all year around and it is our obligation to respect their rest.
Please make sure before confirming your reservation you can adhere to the simple House Rules that are detailed below.
Failure to accept and follow those will result on a monetary sanction and eviction from the property with no refund for the remaining nights.
APARTMENT DISTRIBUTION: The apartment has a capacity for up to 5 people distributed in: - Bedroom 1: 1 Double bed - Bedroom 2: 1 Double bed - Living room: 1 sofa SPECIAL FEATURES OF THE APARTMENT: - 2 living areas and 2 kitchens - Sunny balconies overlooking Eixample! - 2 Full bathrooms - AC located in both living rooms - Possibility to divide into two separate units - Elevator in building (there are a few steps before the elevator) - TV and Wi-fi - Baby crib and high chair available under request and availability, kindly send us a message in order to confirm please - My property will be professionally cleaned before your stay - Bed linens (and comforters during winter season) and bath towels (one shower towel per guest) will be provided! - Paid parking off premises In case you have any question about the space or the amenities, please send me a private message.

Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost. 5.
Smoking on interior areas will have a charge of 100€ + all cleaning fees involved. 6.
Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. 7.
Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.
Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

Dreta de l'Eixample is a neighborhood in the Eixample district of Barcelona. It includes Plaça de Catalunya, the centre of the city, and the upscale streets Rambla de Catalunya and Passeig de Gracia. It is the bourgeois neighborhood of the city, which makes the majority of its population belong to the upper class of Barcelona. Dreta de L'Eixample is one of the most luxurious neighborhoods of Barcelona. The closest metro station is Verdaguer (Lines 4 & 5). The quickest way to go to the airport would be taking the bus "Aerobus" at Plaça Catalunya, in front of "El Corte Inlges". The cost is around 4.5€

Great apartment in Barcelona. Easy walk around area. Was able to walk to beach even! There was a block neighborhood party happening while we were there, which was lovely to hear live bands playing through the night. Apartment was as pictured and met all our needs. Thank you for your great hospitality.

We felt like we were living the local life, with its balcony overlooking the daily traffic, and with us getting some local groceries, getting take out food from a lot of the nearby restaurants et, all in between our daily walks to most attractions. Can’t get this feeling while staying at any hotel.

Difficult to access due to our age in downloading electronic key entry. Apartment 1 is on the 3rd floor. Apartment well centered in Barcelona and ample for 2 couples. Electronic ignition for range non functional. Need a local contact person in the event of problems.
