Welcome to my 80 m2 recently renovated apartment located in Poble Sec, an ideal spot for art and culture lovers, and conveniently located next to Eixample neighborhood. ⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT Please note the apartment is located in a residential building, where neighbors live here all year around and it is our obligation to respect their rest.
Please make sure before confirming your reservation you can adhere to the simple House Rules that are detailed below.
Failure to accept and follow those will result on a monetary sanction and eviction from the property with no refund for the remaining nights.
APARTMENT DISTRIBUTION: The apartment has a capacity for up to 6 people distributed in 3 bedrooms: - Bedroom 1: 1 Double bed - Bedroom 2: 1 Double bed - Bedroom 3: Bunk bed SPECIAL FEATURES OF THE APARTMENT: - Spacious living room with an open layout and front facade balconies - 1 Full bathroom - Elevator in the building - AC and heating located in the living room - Baby crib and high chair available under request and availability, kindly send us a message in order to confirm please - Bed linens (and comforters during winter season) and bath towels (one shower towel per guest) will be provided! - The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your arrival - Paid parking off premises In case you have any question about the space or the amenities, please send me a private message.

Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost. 5.
Smoking on interior areas will have a charge of 100€ + all cleaning fees involved. 6.
Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. 7.
Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.
Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

Sant Antoni is a neighborhood in the Eixample district of Barcelona. Its non-official centre, the marketplace of the same name—designed by Antoni Rovira i Tries and built between 1872 and 1882—is one of the oldest and most popular in the city, especially with the secondhand book stalls that surround the building Sunday mornings. It is bordered by the neighbourhoods of the L’Antiga Esquerra de l’Eixample, the Raval, and Poble Sec. The streets of Sant Antoni follow the grid pattern prevalent in all of Eixample, except for a central thoroughfare, the Avinguda del Mistral built on the site of an important medieval road which led out of Barcelona. Another well-known landmark of Sant Antoni is the bar called Els Tres Tombs, right next to the market. The closest metro station is Poble Sec (Line 3). The quickest way to go to the airport would be taking the bus "Aerobus" at Plaça España. The cost is around 4.5€
