The port and all amenities are less than a 10-minute walk away.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with beds that can be arranged as singles or doubles and stacked (5 beds total), plus a bathroom with WC.
Downstairs, you'll find a separate kitchen, a WC, a living room with a leather sofa bed, a dining table, a TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Four vintage bicycles are also available for you.
Pets are welcome, provided they leave no trace of their stay, both inside and outside.

De locatie vlakbij het strand en het huis staat in een rustige straat.
Omschrijving van de fietsen klopt niet. De fietsen die in de garage stonden waren in zeer slechte staat.
In het huis zijn allerlei kleine dingen die opgeknapt moeten worden. Losse douche stang, vloerplanken op de overloop zitten los, tuintafel is niet stabiel. Ligstoelen in de tuin zijn aan vervanging toe. BBQ is verroest en de tuin mag gesnoeid worden.

La proximité avec la plage. Relativement bien équipée.
La maison est petite pour 5 personnes, et mériterait une mise à jour au niveau de la déco et des équipements (papier peint qui se décolle dans la salle de bain, Tv qui marche mal) Le jardin, bien que pratique, manque également d'entretien (transats rouillés, grille de barbecue très sale). La literie...
Ne jamais se fier aux photos...

La situation géographique de la résidence.
Le propriétaire n'est pas venu réclamer le "chèque de caution" ...bizarre
Nous avons vite fait de comprendre, l'intérieur de cette maison est crasseux, délabré (les revêtements muraux décollés , des trous partout dans les murs, la climatisation dans un état déplorable, les filtres complètement satur...
