This vacation rental with a secure pool for 6 people is located in Cheval-Blanc, at the foot of the Luberon Regional Natural Park, in the Vaucluse department of Provence.
Enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, about 3 km from the village center.
Cheval-Blanc is a charming Provencal village with small streets and local shops, offering excellent restaurants to delight your taste buds.
The village boasts a small rural heritage, including a water wheel and the Saint-Paul church with bells salvaged from now-vanished chapels.
Historically, Cheval-Blanc owes its name to an inn that served as a stopover for travelers crossing the river by ferry.
The village is surrounded by orchards and agricultural land, and is just a few kilometers from the region's major tourist attractions.
Exploring the villages of the South Luberon, along the route of the castles of Provence towards Pertuis, is highly recommended, especially for cyclists.
The castles of Lourmarin and La Tour d'Aigues are very famous.
For hikers, the trails of the Luberon, such as Valloncourt or Trou du Rat, offer a breath of fresh air.
During your stay in Cheval-Blanc, you can also discover the picturesque perched villages of Provence (Gordes, Lourmarin, Bonnieux...) or visit Isle-sur-la-Sorgue and Fontaine de Vaucluse, and enjoy numerous Provencal markets! This vacation rental features: A private pool (10m x 5m – Depth 1.5m – Accessible by steps and secured by an automated safety cover) with a parasol and 6 sun loungers.
Pool operational from April to the end of October, weather permitting. An outdoor shower. Two pergolas provide shade for your relaxation time around the pool. Two terraces: A pool-side terrace (25 m²) with a dining table, 6 chairs, and a barbecue area.
A second terrace (30 m²) facing north/south at the entrance to the house, under a century-old plane tree. A wood-fired barbecue. A pétanque court. A car shelter. INTERIOR This comfortable Provencal farmhouse with a pool in Cheval-Blanc spans 150 m² over two levels. GROUND FLOOR Kitchen (43 m²) with a large farmhouse table seating 6 people, an American fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine, and a ceramic hob. A pantry (20 m²) with a washing machine and a sink. A living room (43 m²) with TV, Hi-Fi, and a DVD player, opening onto the terrace and pool via French doors. A bedroom (24 m²) with a 160cm double bed and an en-suite shower room (shower + 1 basin). A separate toilet with a hand basin. FIRST FLOOR Air conditioning at the top of the stairs. Two bedrooms: One bedroom (11 m²) with two 90cm single beds that can be converted into a 180cm double bed.
One bedroom (11 m²) with a 140cm double bed. A separate toilet. A separate shower room (7.5 m²) with 1 basin and a shower. Deposit: €800; Maximum occupancy: 6 people; WIFI connection. Baby equipment (travel cot, high chair, bathtub, and small appliances) available upon request. Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning: €160. Bed linen and towels are included. Electricity is charged separately based on meter readings during the low season (from the second half of September to the second week of June inclusive). Tourist tax is applicable according to the current rate. ECO-FRIENDLY INITIATIVES A recycling system is in place. The garden is planted with local species. The paints used are natural lime-based. ACCESSIBILITY The house is partially adapted for people with reduced mobility, with a small wheelchair available.
However, the door widths are standard and the sanitary facilities are not adapted.

la maison est superbe aménager avec beaucoup de goût,
une propriété entretenue à merveille par le propriétaire.
Celui-ci est d'une gentillesse et plein de bon conseil pour des balades et visite de la région à Monsieur qui aime sa propriété.

La maison est mille fois mieux que sur les photos. Situation parfaite si l'on veut bouger un peu en voiture à l'est, à l'ouest, au nord et au sud. Et surtout, village très local, sans autres touristes

Le logement a tout pour plaire. Très bien équipé, frais, piscine de rêve, emplacement idéal pour rayonner dans le Lubéron. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
