Services and conditions of stay. – The reservation includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as final cleaning of the property.
The property is delivered completely clean, tidy, and prepared for a comfortable and functional stay from day one. – 24-hour assistance is provided throughout your stay.
During the day, we are available for any needs, and important emergencies are handled at night to ensure guests' peace of mind. – Check-in and check-out are carried out in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, resolving any queries, and handling the handover and collection of keys. – Upon booking, guests will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transportation services, and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.
House rules and hours. – Check-in: from 4:00 PM. – Check-out: until 10:00 AM. – No parties or events allowed. – No pets allowed.

Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price.
This does not exempt the client from their obligation to take care of the property during their stay.
No charges will be made to the deposit as long as the use of the property is reasonable.
Trash must be removed in advance at the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.
Note 2.
In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.
Note 3.
Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price.
The cost is €0.25 per kWh, payable upon departure.
The meter will be read upon both arrival and departure.
Note 4.
In properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day.
Likewise, when possible, a protective fence for the pool can be added for a cost of €13 per linear meter.

Note 5.
Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional cost of €30, and after 12:00 AM, €50.
However, there is a self-check-in option with staff welcoming you the next day.
When a late check-out can be authorized, subject to availability, the cost will be €90 until 1:00 PM and €160 until 4:00 PM.

It was a very relaxing stay.
The house is very large, ideal for families. In our case, there were three families and we were very happy. The house is perfectly equipped. It is essential to come with a vehicle as it is on the outskirts of Alcudia, although you can be there in five minutes.
