La disponibilité et la rapidité de Jesús pour régler les petits problèmes rencontrés, ballon eau chaude en panne, et le manque d’ustensiles de cuisine et verres à pied..
Le manque de clarté de l’appartement, la vétusté des baies vitrées, l’équipement minimaliste, difficile de recevoir quelques amis.
Lorsque la pluie et le vent vont de paire l’eau passe à travers la fenêtre ouest....
Impossible d’avoir des émissions en français à la télévision !! Aucune chaîne française....
