Villa situated close to the town of Loja, in the region of Loja, province of Granada, Andalucia.
This picturesque holiday villa finds itself under a vegetation cover, and in spite of being completely underground, is characterised by bright and colourful rooms.
Its 180 m2 comprise three bedrooms, two with a double bed each, and one with two bunk beds, one of which right on the top of a rock.
Moreover, the villa features one bathroom with ground caved bathtub, a dining-living room with fireplace, a thoroughly equipped independent kitchen and a sauna/steam bath for up to four people.
The home is provided with air-con and heating in the bedrooms.
The outdoor area’s 1000 m2 are full of gardens with gorgeous fountains and crystal-clear ponds, a glazed barbecue area with a complete kitchen and a living room, a welcoming Jacuzzi, a solarium and a wonderful private swimming pool, where you can relax while enjoying the marvellous views of the surrounding mountains.
The access to the house, which also provides its guests with private parking, is completely paved and shared among the neighbours.
Only the last 30 metres are of a completely-levelled dirt track.
This villa is located in the foothill of the Sierra de Loja, next to the Nacimiento de Las Pasaderas, 45 minutes far from the sea and the nearest ski station.

We had a very relaxing time. The location is great for visiting other areas and Loja itself is very nice. The owner and his family could not be more helpful. The owner speaks good English as does his son. His wife was very helpful.
