No noise or music of any kind is allowed during the quiet hours. 4) No Smoking or Vaping in the listing 5) Please be respectful of the neighbors 6) Abide by all building rules that are present in the common areas 7) Keep the doors closed to access the community 8) Pets must always be on a leash, preventing them from relieving themselves inside the common areas.
If this happens, they must be cleaned. 9) Smoking is not allowed in common areas 10) Do not throw cigarette butts within the community or over the balcony. 11) Hanging clothes is not allowed in visible areas of the community.
A late check-out penalty of 85 Euros will be charged for any check-out after 10:30am.
After which a further 20 Euros per hour after 11:00 am will be charged until the property has been vacated.
