Located in the center of the village and housed in a former forge, this semi-detached gîte has been tastefully renovated, combining the charm of stone, wood, and metal.
Ground floor: large open space with fitted kitchen (small fridge with freezer compartment), dining room, and living room.
Shower room with walk-in shower and separate toilet.
Upstairs: a beautiful bedroom (1 queen-size bed and 1 single bed), a second toilet, and a mezzanine offering an additional single bed.
Private enclosed terrace and shared parking.
The gîte is adjoining another gîte (21G814 for 5 people). Chaignay is a small village with just over 500 inhabitants, ideally nestled in the heart of a magnificent region.
The capital of Burgundy, Dijon, a center of French history and gastronomy, is just 20 minutes away.
No more than 30 minutes to reach the Route des Grands Crus in Gevrey-Chambertin and then pass through Morey Saint Denis, Vougeot, Nuits St Georges, Beaune, Pommard, Meursault, and Puligny-Montrachet.
Nearby: hiking, treetop adventures, paintball, motocross, the Bèze caves, and more. Charges and supplements: Bed linen: €7 for a single bed and €14 for a double bed.
End-of-stay cleaning: €50.
Towels: €5 per person for the entire stay.
A cubic meter of wood: €30.
Underfloor heating and electricity are available according to meter readings (8 kWh/day included).
