The two-storey flat consists externally of a small garden at the rear of the accommodation and a larger garden at the front surmounted by a portico furnished with dining table, rocking chair and deck chairs.
Inside, the ground floor opens onto a living area furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, television, dining table and an open kitchen equipped with oven and microwave. The floor is completed by a bathroom with washing machine and bidet.
A staircase leads to the upper floor, which consists of a second bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed (90x180 cm each).
All comforts such as air conditioning throughout the apartment, heating, free wi-fi connection, washing machine and iron are available to guests.

Lake Como offers some of the most striking urban, scenic and architectural gems of the entire Italian peninsula. The reasons why this lake is world-famous are many, first of all for the beauty of its landscapes: the lake is surrounded by mountains and is home to numerous fishing villages, splendid villas, parks and picturesque paths. Lake Como covers an area of 146 km², its characteristic inverted Y shape is given by the three branches that make it up: to the north is Colico, to the south-east Lecco and to the south-west Como. The climate is generally mild and humid, favouring the growth of a rich and varied vegetation. Picturesque and characteristic are the villages bordering the waters of Lake Como. The best way to discover the beauty of the lake is by sailing its waters. The main urban centre is Como, a very beautiful, elegant, romantic city that is home to several villas, monuments and a very picturesque lakeside promenade. However, there are many villages to visit: on the Como branch there are Bellagio 'the pearl of the Lario', Cernobbio, Argegno, Tremezzo with its Villa Carlotta, Menaggio and the ancient village of Nesso characterised by its many romantic views. On the eastern shore of the lake, dominated by Lecco, it is worth visiting Varenna and Bellano with its characteristic Orrido. This destination is also perfect for lovers of trekking and walking in the open air: there are numerous paths in the area, such as the Sentiero del Viandante (40 km), which starts from Abbadia Lariana as far as Piantedo, and the Greenway del Lago di Como (about 10 km), which connects Colonno and Cadenabbia.
The traditional cuisine of Lake Como is also excellent, from fish to cheese to desserts, the perfect combination of lake and mountain can be appreciated on the tables of the many restaurants in the area.
