Bel emplacement, belle vue, bon accueil et bonne écoute de l’agence, mais appartement très bruyant et très chaud. Pas de climatisation, pas de lave linge, pas de four, pas de hotte, pas de détecteur de fumée et ménage très approximatif.

En plein centre-ville, du coup avec certaines nuisances sonores.
Appartement très vieillot. Propreté à revoir.
Agent immobilier Foncia aux abonnés absents (agence fermée !!) ne répondant ni au n°d'urgence ni aux sms.
