This 210m² family home, with the charm of seaside villas from the last century, can accommodate up to 12 people and enjoys an ideal location for a family seaside holiday, just a stone's throw from the town center.
The villa literally overlooks "La Plage des carrés" and offers a superb view of the Ocean. The basement provides access to the fenced garden and consists of two double bedrooms (one with a 180cm bed and one with a 140cm bed), a single bedroom (90cm bed) with a baby cot, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
The ground floor features a suite (140cm bed and en-suite shower room) and a living-dining room with WIFI, allowing everyone to gather and enjoy the ocean view and magnificent sunsets. (Television available on-site but no antenna; an HDMI cable is provided) The separate kitchen is equipped with gas hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, and essential kitchenware.
From the kitchen, you can access the 20m² wooden terrace and enjoy the garden and sea air. Upstairs, under the eaves, you will find two double bedrooms (one with a 180cm bed and one with a 140cm bed) and a children's bedroom (90cm single bed - window is boarded up).
A shower room and a separate toilet complete this level.
Also available in the rental are a washing machine and outdoor furniture.
