Detached house with on the ground floor: Living room with kitchen area and sitting area with large fireplace (wood burner). First floor: 2 small attic bedrooms, each with 2 double beds. Garden level: Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Shower room with wc. Electric heating. Enclosed grassed grounds with a small spring running through. Private parking space. Terraces, including one at the rear of the gîte with barbecue and sun loungers. Only 1 pet allowed (dog or cat). Tap water is available, but to be on the safe side, the owner offers you 9 litres of spring water per week. Independent gîte built into the hillside with a superb view over the valley and the 9 surrounding communes. Access is via a small road that winds around the heights of Castillon. It is located beneath the Coupy forest, a state-owned forest that is highly prized for its mushrooms from late August to September. Surrounded by wooded hills in a group of renovated barns, you will be lulled by the sound of the private spring that runs through the grounds.
