Spacious 1 bedroom ground floor flat for 4 people, in the heart of Valencia. Living-dining room with open plan fully equipped kitchen and adapted bathroom with shower. Air conditioning by splits in living-dining room and bedroom. Very well connected by bus and metro and only 1.2 km from the city centre, 4.5 km from the City of Arts and Sciences, 6.5 km from the beaches of Las Arenas and Malvarrosa de Valencia and 18 km from the Albufera Natural Park.
The accommodation
Apartment in a recently renovated building, located in the Arrancapins neighbourhood (Extramurs). It has been decorated with carefully chosen furniture where you will perceive a fresh, cosy and practical atmosphere, with everything you may need during your stay.
The 65m2 flat has the following spaces
- Spacious living-dining room with capacity for 4 diners equipped with double sofa bed 160x200cm and round dining table.
- Kitchen open to the living room fully equipped with small appliances (dolçe gusto coffee maker, toaster, juicer, kettle and blender).
- Comfortable master bedroom with double bed 150x190cm, mirror and shelves.
- Accessible and adapted bathroom (equipped with walk-in shower with handrail, large washbasin, mirror and toilet).
- Bed linen, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, welcome kitchen amenities: (1 scourer, 1 kitchen towel, 2 rubbish bags, 1 washing machine soap, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom), bathroom amenities: (hand gel). Coffee capsules and 1.5l. bottle of mineral water.

The Neighbourhood:
Extramurs is a residential district built as an extension of the old city of Valencia, in order to provide accommodation for the growing population. In fact, most of the buildings were built between 1900 and 1960. In this area it is really easy to fill your pantry, there are several supermarkets (Mercadona and Consum) in the area and where it is easy to find organic food.
The property is located in the Arrancapins neighbourhood, close to the metro stop "Ángel Guimerá". A quiet residential area ideal for family visits, 15 minutes walk from the famous Rojas Clemente Market, 19 minutes walk from the Quart Towers, 15 minutes from the Central Market and 20 minutes from the Town Hall Square.
All around you will find many restaurants and local shops.
How to get around:
Area perfectly communicated by Bus, Metro, Taxi and Bike Lane that brings us in 10 minutes to the Historic Centre and in 20 minutes to the Malvarrosa Beach.
-Bus stops: Pérez Galdós - Conca, 3 metres away (Line C3).
Pérez Galdós - Martínez Aloy, 300 metres away (Line 71).
-Metro stop "Ángel Guimerá", 750 metres away (Lines 1, 2, 5 and 9).
-Joaquin Sorolla train station (AVE): 1 km away.
-North train station: 1.2 km away.
-Bicycle lane 10 metres from the building.
