A comfortable villa just a few steps from the pool, three beds and two bathrooms plus a kitchen with fridge-freezer, new cooker, microwave and dishwasher.
The large master bedroom has its own comfortable ensuite with flat screen TV with a full channel package.
The other two bedrooms share the newly refurbished second bathroom with bath and walk-in shower.
Also on the same floor is the utility with washer and tumble drier The lounge has another full channel TV and if you are out of season, a wood burning fire which makes it cosy.
All bedrooms and the lounge have reverse cycle air- conditioning.
Outside there is a barbeque and large front terrace with views to the sea and a smaller shady rear terrace overlooking the pool.
There is a sun deck on the top floor. Within 5 minutes drive there are at least fifteen bars and restaurants, even so booking is advised in high season! The vill is close to the rackets centre and tennis club, supermarket, banke etc
