This beautiful, approx. 58 m² 2-room holiday flat for up to 2 people is located directly at the marina on the 3rd floor with a balcony and a wonderful view of the Laboe harbour and the Kiel Fjord.

The holiday flat can be easily reached by lift (1x1 m). The small living room with integrated kitchenette invites you to linger. From here you can access the spacious, partially covered balcony with its wonderful view over the Baltic Sea and the harbour. This is certainly a place where you will never get bored in the comfortable deckchairs, watching the passing ships and enjoying the fresh air. A bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) is available for the night. From here you also have direct access to the large sunny balcony. The interior bathroom has a bathtub with shower function.

A car parking space in the garage (L 500 x W 260 x H 200 cm) not far from the flat is reserved for you. Larger cars and vans must find a public car park outside. Alternatively, we offer you the option of renting a parking space from us at a reasonable price, subject to availability. WiFi is included here.
