The house is divided into two independent rooms: The first has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchenette. The second is a cozy loft with double bed, sofa bed, integrated kitchen and living room.

Perfect for families or groups of friends. Outside you will find a large porch to enjoy the sunset, a large terrace with private pool and a barbecue for outdoor meals. There is parking space inside the property and easy parking on the street. Guests have free access to the communal facilities, which include: Tennis, handball and squash courts. A 25-meter swimming pool Dogs are welcome.
