The property is fenced and there are direct neighbours. Inside this rustic one-storey house, you find a spacious living - dining room, perfect to watch the TV-Sat for a while, which is equipped with air-conditioning and a fireplace.

Next you find the kitchen with a ceramic top, oven, microwave and other utensils and appliances, as well as a table with chairs in case you prefer to enjoy your meals in here.

The laundry room is independent and it has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

You will find 4 bedrooms in order to rest, all of them with a closet.

Three of them offer a double bed and air-conditioning, and the last one has two twin beds and a fan.
