The private chlorine swimming pool measures 4mx8m and has a depth between 1m and 1.85m. Around the pool there are sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing, a barbecue area and a veranda with table and chairs where you can enjoy a delicious meal with your companions.

On the ground floor, there is a living room with fireplace and TV with satellite channels; the dining room is independent and can accommodate all the inhabitants of the house.
