Up to seven people will find plenty of space to rest in the two bedrooms and a mezzanine adjoining the living area.

In addition to the main bathroom, there is an extra toilet. A special highlight is the swimming hall.

The pleasant water temperature of about 27 degrees and the room temperature of almost 30 degrees are ideal for swimming, splashing and relaxing.

Pets are unfortunately not allowed in the pool area, but have plenty of space to run around outside. The garden impresses with a large lawn, a sandbox and another large, partly covered terrace with seating area and sun loungers. Small-scale celebrations and day guests are only possible by prior arrangement and for an extra fee. There are numerous restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies within a 10 km radius.

In the village, vending machines with drinks, ice cream and snacks are just a minute's walk away.

The beautiful landscape invites you to cycle tours along the Old Canal or hikes to Burgthann Castle.

The convenient location also allows for larger excursions, for example to the Nuremberg Zoo.
