Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest bus stop, Port - -Joan Josep Sister, is just a 2-minute walk. The nearest tram stop, Grau-La Marina, is just a 7-minute walk. Valencia Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property. Self check-in with smart lock.
You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. Early check-in is available subject to accommodation availability and prior confirmation.
An additional cost may apply. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners.
If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that under no circumstances may public areas, sidewalks, or exterior spaces be used, disturbed, or occupied, and furniture must not be removed or placed outside the property.
Out of respect for coexistence, behaviours that disturb public order, create noise, or affect cleanliness are prohibited.
It is also prohibited to remove any furnishings, chairs or household items from the property.
Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of your stay. No pets are allowed. No fiestas o ruidos fuertes después de las 22.00. Please note that it does not have windows, but it is equipped with a mechanical ventilation system that purifies the indoor air for your comfort. On the ground floor, the living room includes a comfortable double sofa bed, a TV, and a dining table.
A hallway leads to the bathroom and a bedroom with the first double bed, followed by another hallway that leads to a second bedroom with another double bed. All spaces have storage areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cooking utensils and tableware, including an electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, and more. For added convenience, the apartment has a dishwasher for effortless cleanup, as well as a washing machine, dryer, and iron for your laundry needs. The other bedroom is located on the upper floor, accessible via stairs from the second downstairs bedroom.
This upper floor features two double beds, separated by a large partition for privacy. The bathroom is on the first floor and includes all necessary amenities, such as fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. The apartment is very newly renovated, it is very clean and the beds (four king size) are very comfortable. The kitchen is a little to small for eight people and all the rooms are walk thru so there is not much privacy. For us it worked well and we are very pleased with our stay in this apartment.

Superb location, close to shops, buses... very clean and functional apartment. Well aerated despite the lack of windows. The presence of a toilet or bathroom upstairs would be welcome.
We had an excellent stay.
PS: the toaster blows out the electricity which has to be re-connected to the meter outside, which is locked by a padlock. Guestready was a bit slow to give us the code.

: The location is very convenient; within 50 metres there are buses going in every direction. The owner was very helpful and assisted us in resolving an issue unrelated to the accommodation.
