3-star holiday home of 57 m², quietly nestled in a charming Périgord hamlet, ideally designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. You will find a bright and welcoming living area with a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave), a dining area and a living room with TV. Upstairs, there is one bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and another with two single beds (90x190), a bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine, as well as separate toilets. An ironing board and iron are also at your disposal. Outside, you enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals. The outdoor areas include a shared heated pool (open from May to end of September), shared with a second holiday home for up to 10 people.

A large garden with swing and volleyball court is also available. The house is ideally located, 12 km from Sarlat (Dordogne valley), Montignac (Vézère valley) and Les Eyzies (Prehistory Museum), close to the famous Eyrignac gardens. Many activities are available right from your doorstep: hiking and mountain bike trails, leisure lake 4 km away (supervised swimming, fishing), as well as golf, canoeing, caving and treetop adventure courses for all ages. The Périgord Noir also offers you an exceptional heritage to explore: castles, prehistoric caves, typical villages and gourmet night markets. Small dogs are accepted with prior agreement. Bed linen and towels can be rented for an extra fee.
