The Gîte du Baril is a former detached family home, renovated in 2025, located near the owners' farm (dairy cows/milk processing - tours are available), 30 km from the beaches of Pornic and 40 km from Nantes.
Private parking on the property (garage + porch). 150 m² terrace and enclosed garden (southeast facing).
Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto a living room with a wood-burning stove, 1 bedroom (queen-size bed) with a private shower room/toilet, separate toilet, and laundry room.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a sink (1 and 2: two twin beds (90x200cm), 3: two twin beds (80x200cm), shower room, and separate toilet.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi/fiber, baby bed/chair/bathtub, tumble dryer, and Dolce Gusto coffee pod machine.
Included: Electricity, aerothermal underfloor heating, wood, and bed linens.
Not included: Towels, end-of-stay cleaning, and tourist tax.
Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival: - Towels: €5.39 per person per stay Property managed by a professional.

Séjour parfait ! Nous avons passé un excellent noël en famille, et tout a été fait pour que nous nous sentions à notre aise dans la maison ! (Merci pour le petit sapin !)
La maison est neuve, très bien équipée, propre, spacieuse, très agréable !
Les produits de la ferme étaient délicieux aussi, vos yaourts nous manqueront ! ;)

Belle maison entièrement rénovée, de belles prestations avec des équipements de qualité et très bien équipée. Belle pièce de vie, il ne manque rien. Maison située à proximité de la ferme avec possibilité de voir l'élevage et la traite des vaches. Magasin proposant les produits de la ferme, fromage, yaourts, œufs, terrine de bœuf, crème, etc.
Hôte accueillante et disponible.
