Welcome to Penthouse Lira, a beautiful and modern home in the sought after area of Nueva Andalucía, Marbella. This stylish two level penthouse offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Inside, you will find an open plan living area with a sleek kitchen and island, great for cooking or spending time with family and friends. There are three bedrooms, one with its own bathroom, and two that share another, all designed with your comfort in mind.
Outside, the private terrace is a real highlight. It features a rooftop area with a small plunge pool, perfect for cooling off on sunny days. There is also a BBQ and lounge area where you can enjoy meals under the stars or simply relax with a good view. 1. When booking with us you agree to follow our check-in and check-out times. We do not accept group parties, events and all guests have to be silent between 22:00H - 09:00H. Noise levels are monitored according to the noise regulations in the municipality of Marbella.
2. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application. All information will be visible in the application. As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly.
3. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit.
4. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17:00h and ends at 20:00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable.
5. For this accommodation the guest needs to pay a security deposit of €1500,00.
6. Your reservation may be altered up to 30 days before your confirmed check-in date. After this period your alteration request is subject to review and can be denied by the host.
7. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside. The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account.
8. Because of the water shortage in Andalucia, it is not allowed to refill swimming pools. For this reason, they might be forced to close the pools. Sorry for the inconvenience.
