Just a stone's throw from the Canal du Midi in the heart of the Corbières vineyards, the village of Canet d'Aude offers an ideal location just 15 minutes from Narbonne la Romaine.

The Gîte welcomes you for a relaxing stay in the sunshine of the Midi. Situated in the heart of the village, you'll find a number of local shops less than 300m away (restaurants, grocery shop, newsagent, bakery, etc.). The region offers a multitude of activities to do in the vicinity: hiking or cycling in the varied landscapes, visiting the natural and cultural heritage: Narbonnaise regional nature park, the Sigean African reserve, the port of Somail, the beaches of the Aude coast, Fontfroide Abbey or the Cité de Carcassonne or Minerve.

On the ground floor there is a shared garden with the owners and another gîte, where you can enjoy the shared swimming pool open from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 7pm, from May to September, depending on the weather (dimensions: 3.50 x 7 m depth 1.30 m), a boules pitch and several relaxation areas. The gîte has its own enclosed car park.

There is a wellness area in the garden, with a two-person whirlpool bath and a sauna. This area can be booked with the owners for €70 for 1 hour, for 2 people.

Located on the second floor with a secure entrance, it comprises:

_a living room with air-conditioned kitchen.

_a bedroom with 1 double bed.

_a bedroom with 1 single bed.

_a separate WC.

_a shower room.

You will be staying in a flat on the second floor of an old manor house.

Electricity consumption: a flat rate of 2 kWh/day/person is included in the price. Consumption in excess of this amount must be paid to the owner at the end of your stay (based on a meter reading on arrival and departure).
