The apartment in Benidorm features 1 bedroom and can accommodate up to 4 people.
This comfortable and bright 50 m² accommodation is located on the beachfront, with sea and mountain views.
It is situated 0 m from the sandy beach "Levante", 10 m from the local restaurant, 100 m from the local bus station, 200 m from the local supermarket, 1 km from the old town of Benidorm, 2 km from Mundomar theme park, 2 km from Acualandia water park, 5 km from Aqua Natura water park, 5 km from Terra Natura theme park, 5 km from Villaitana Golf Course, 6 km from Terra Mitica theme park, 7 km from the rocky beach "el Albir", 45 km from the Alicante - Renfe train station, and 55 km from El Altet - Alicante airport.
It is located in a residential area by the sea. The apartment is equipped with a lift, a glazed terrace, an iron, internet access (community Wi-Fi included), heat pump heating, air conditioning (extra charge), and 1 television.
There is communal parking in the building (no guaranteed space for each apartment).
The independent electric kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster, kettle, and juicer.
This is a private apartment building for rent.
There is no reception on the ground floor of the building; reception is at our FINCAS ARENA office.
The communal areas and services of the building are not managed by us, and their operating hours and usage conditions are determined by the homeowners' association. The apartments come with towels and sheets, and are delivered clean upon arrival.
Upon departure, they must be left clean, tidy, and free of trash (otherwise, the extra cost incurred will be deducted from the security deposit).
Pets of any kind are only accepted "upon request" and must be expressly accepted in writing by us (please inquire, as they may incur a supplement).
If there is parking and it is not indicated as private, then the parking is communal and there is no guaranteed space for each apartment.
Only one car per apartment can be parked, and only if a space is available. Air conditioning (if available) is an optional service (paid) unless expressly stated to be included in the price.
If you require an iron, please request it at our office.
Check optional supplements when booking (some extras may have a minimum charge per stay, regardless of the number of nights).
Some optional services may be subject to availability from the external provider.
Our clients have access to a 24-hour maintenance service for emergencies in the apartment via a contact number (only for issues within the apartment that cannot wait until our reception office opens).
Misuse or abuse of this service will incur a cost for the client. Key collection is always at our reception office, not at the reserved building.
You must come to Fincas Arena.
If you arrive after the office closes in the afternoon or on a public holiday, there will be a list in the window with the client's name and a phone number to call, and someone will bring the keys to the door of our office within a few minutes.
If you plan to arrive outside of office hours, please let us know in advance to help us organize and minimize your wait upon arrival at our office.
We can optionally deliver the keys to the apartment address, but this service has a supplement (please inquire).
Outside of working hours, we only provide 1 set of apartment keys and, if you inform us that you are arriving by car, a remote control or key for parking access.
Upon check-in, we can provide you with another set of apartment keys. The photos of apartments shown on our website are of a typical apartment.
As we have several apartments in each building and they are privately owned, there may be variations in furniture type or decoration, floor level, views, etc., but the services described are practically the same in all of them.
Check-in to the apartments is at 17:00 hrs (if the apartment is clean and ready earlier, keys may be handed over sooner, which may incur an extra charge).
Even if requested in advance, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be available before this time. Check-out from the apartments is at 10:00 hrs (if you wish to leave later, please consult with our staff about the possibility of a late check-out from the apartment, which has an extra cost).
This is subject to availability up to the day before departure.
Therefore, free of charge, we can store your luggage at our office on both arrival and departure days (service available only during our opening hours, not on Sundays or public holidays). At our reception office, you will find tourist information, city maps, and you can book all types of additional services for your stay in the apartment, as well as for enjoying the daytime and nighttime sports, cultural, and leisure activities offered by the city and its surroundings.
For our clients, we can offer a transfer service to and from Alicante airport or train station, either by taxi, private transport companies (VTC), or minibuses for groups.
If you arrive at night or on a public holiday, we can arrange for you to be picked up at the airport with your apartment keys and taken directly there.
We can also assist with confirming your return transfer or printing your boarding passes (service with an additional cost). We can arrange entrance tickets to theme parks (Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Mundomar, Acualandia, Aquanatura), nightclubs, Benidorm Palace, Molino, Benidorm Circus, guided excursions to nearby towns or Valencia, car rentals, electric vehicle rentals for people with reduced mobility (in some buildings, we can provide a charging area if rented through us, please inquire), diving or sports activities, and nature contact through specialized companies.
We can also provide entrance tickets to nightclubs on special dates (especially New Year's Eve) and for various concerts and events held in Benidorm throughout the year; you can contact us or follow our blog on our website.
If you require social and healthcare services, we have a provider that offers them (babysitting, companionship, personal care, nursing, physiotherapy, medication control, etc.).

Jammer dat er alleen Spaanse TV was, satelliet decode werkte niet. En kraan wasmachine zat geen beweging in,kon wel wasjes draaien.
