Another public, free parking space – the Utersum beach parking lot – is located approximately 500 meters or about a 7-minute walk from the property. Please note: Pets are allowed in this property from 01.11.2026. Garden use will cease from 01.11.2026. Apartment 02 on the first floor will delight not only surf enthusiasts but also everyone who wants to experience life directly on Utersum's sandy beach.

With fantastic views of the sea and the neighboring islands of Amrum and Sylt, as well as magnificent sunsets, every day becomes a special experience. The living area with an integrated dining nook and the large window front lets plenty of light into the room and offers a dreamlike view of the North Sea.
