This Second-floor apartment is located in the gated modern complex of Palapa Golf, in Villamartin. This is a new build apartment with large windows throughout so it is filled with light. This apartment has a large balcony and a modern communal pool with loungers and parasols. You’ll have a home-from-home experience in this property.For stays of 10 nights or less, it is considered a Tourist Property - Tourism Contract. For stays of more than 10 nights, it is considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.
This stunning property offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both bathrooms are spacious and offer walk in showers. The master bedroom has a king size bed, built in wardrobes and en-suite, the second bedroom has a double bed and both bedrooms have direct access to the terraced balcony.
There is an American style kitchen with breakfast bar that overlooks the dining area and lounge that also offers direct access to the terraced balcony.
This apartment is fully equipped with air-conditioning that has both hot and cold settings and all the white goods necessary to feel like you are going on vacation from home to home.
