It is close to Villa Martin Plaza and many amenities, golf courses, and stunning beaches.

Everything is reachable within 10 minutes by car, and golf courses are nearby. The apartment accommodates 4 people; a 5th person is possible thanks to a triple bunk bed.

There are 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes.

The master bedroom features a double bed with a comfortable mattress and a private bathroom.

The second bedroom has a bunk bed with comfortable mattresses.

A baby bed and high chair can be rented for an extra fee. The apartment is on the ground floor with a spacious garden and pool view, ideal for families with children.

The garden is equipped with sun loungers, a lounge set, and a dining table. Air conditioning (hot and cold) and internet are available.

The luxury kitchen is fully equipped. Both the living room and the bedrooms offer access to the terrace with a spacious garden, located by the poolside. We do not rent to groups of young people or to persons under 25 years old.
