Located in Balazuc, southern Ardèche, this 75 m² villa welcomes up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms: one with a 160 cm bed, the other with a 140 cm bed.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, and dryer.
The villa features air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV in each bedroom and in the living room, a bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet, and a laundry room.
A baby cot and high chair are available for young children.
Enjoy your private heated pool, a terrace with a covered plancha grill, and a pétanque court, all in a peaceful setting overlooking the vineyards.
The heated pool is open from April 5th to October 30th, with heating provided from May 10th to September 27th.
The river is a 10-minute walk away for more swimming options.

Superbe gîte moderne très propre, à la décoration soignée, très bien équipé avec des équipements de qualité , literie très confortable. Au calme avec vue magnifique sur les vignes. La piscine et le boulodrome participent à la réussite d’un super séjour. De plus Céline et Julien sont très sympathique...
