The ground floor features a living area with a sofa, a 55’’ Smart Satellite TV, and a fireplace.
A fully equipped kitchen and a dining area for six guests create the perfect setting for family gatherings.
This level also includes two bedrooms, both with double beds, as well as a shared bathroom with a shower.
The first floor hosts two more bedrooms, both with king-size beds, sofa beds, and private ensuite bathrooms with bathtubs.
The second floor includes two more bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, A/C, and a 32’’ TV.
Both rooms also feature comfortable sofa beds, providing flexibility for larger groups while ensuring privacy and comfort.

The private heated swimming pool (45 sqm, 1.50 m depth) is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas.

A pergola-shaded dining area and a barbecue corner featuring both charcoal and gas grills, along with a traditional wood stove, create the perfect atmosphere for al fresco meals and gatherings with family or friends.
The spacious outdoor terrace is also ideal for yoga sessions, meditation, or simply enjoying the serenity of the Apokoronas countryside.
Upon request, yoga mattresses can be provided to enhance your wellness experience.
Private parking is available on the property for 6-7 cars. *Heated Pool Policy The swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of June and from September till the end of November, upon request, free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27°C, depending on weather conditions.

Moreover, for the months of July and August, the pool can be heated upon request at an additional cost.
We also request three days' advance notice for this facility, and the cost shall be paid in cash upon arrival.
Geroulios Kastro Villa Complex Geroulios Kastro Villas is a complex of a group of two villas, one next to the other, owned and managed by the same host.
The villas are connected by an outdoor bridge.
