The finca has been recently renovated and was extended with a barbecue area behind the house.
It is located just 3,5 km from the picturesque white village of Cómpeta and is perfect for a romantic holiday for two.
Finca Martina has a capacity for two people to spend a relaxing vacation.
The finca offers an open and cozy space which combines the living room, the equipped kitchen and the bedroom together.
From the sleeping area there is access to the modern bathroom with rain shower.
The house is complemented with satellite TV (no Spanish channels) and WiFi.
In front of the house the beautifully decorated covered terrace with garden furniture to relax and enjoy.
The private pool (4.5 x 2.5 m) next to the house invites you to cool off.
Enjoy the beautiful view of the Axarquía mountains and the romantic sunsets.
Behind the house we find a small outdoor kitchen with a portable barbecue.
Finca Martina is less than 10 minutes' drive from Cómpeta.
All the way to the house is paved and can be done without problems with a normal car.The pool is closed for winter.
