Comfortable, relaxed and full of charm, Riomar is a welcoming apartment set within a popular urbanisation with lovely communal gardens and a swimming pool.
The open-plan lounge and dining area has an easy, lived-in feel, with a good-size, fully equipped kitchen overlooking the space.
From the lounge, doors lead to a small naya and down to a private garden/patio, surrounded by tropical plants and fruit trees, with an outdoor dining area and reclining loungers for laid-back days in the sun. The apartment offers one spacious bedroom with a king-size bed (150 x 190) and a bathroom with a shower over the bath.
Fibre broadband makes it a great option for digital nomads or longer winter stays. There is no private parking, but plenty of street parking is available nearby on Avenida de Augusta and neighbouring streets.
Located opposite the Port Sports Centre and indoor communal pool, Riomar is just a short stroll to the centre of Jávea Port, with its cafés, bars, restaurants and the La Grava beachfront. Ideal for couples looking for space, greenery and easy walking access to the port area. JH Top Tip: Riomar is available for stays of 11 nights or more.
One well-behaved pet under 10kg is welcome! **Important Information** 1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund. 2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included.
A €250 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded. 3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract (Commercial Registry No.: EGVT-478-A)
